General info:

☆ Orders are shipped 1-2 business days after payment is received unless otherwise marked in the listing. (Generally mugs & custom orders fall into that category.) You’ll  receive an email letting you know when it’s shipped.

☆ Every effort is made to keep the colors in my photos true to life. However, all monitors display colors a little differently. Please keep this in mind when ordering.

☆ If you do have any questions or trouble with your order, contact us so we can help! We'll always do what we can.


Beloved International Customers! Please note:
☆ Any customs duties are the responsibility of the buyer.
☆ All customs forms are filled out accurately (and automatically) by the shipping software used. (In other words, your purchase will NOT be marked as a gift. Please do not ask us to mark your purchase as a gift.)
☆ We are not responsible for packages lost / stolen in transit.
☆ International packages are sent via USPS First Class International, which usually only shows tracking info within the United States.

 

Returns and exchange details:
☆ Please note that custom and made to order items (such as MUGS - each one is custom printed just for you!), and digital downloads can not be returned or exchanged, but if they arrive damaged or defective, contact me so I can get you a replacement or a refund to make it right!

☆ If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase of a non-made-to order item, you may return it for a full refund or replacement. This must be done within 14 days of the original purchase, and the item must be returned in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

☆ The following items can't be returned or exchanged:
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Digital downloads
  • Items on sale

 

Missing Packages:
Every effort is made to protect your order and get it to you safely, but I can't control the postal service. (I wish I could!) If your tracking information shows that is was delivered, but you haven't received it, please contact your postal carrier / local post office. They'll be the best able to help. If it still cannot be found, please contact me so I can place a claim and set things right.

- Please understand that I cannot be responsible for errors on the buyer's part, such as incorrect addresses.
